Additional Information Request for Crypto Asset Deposit and Withdrawal Transactions

Due to changes made in accordance with Presidential Decision No. 9305 published in the Official Gazette on 25.12.2024, and in order to strengthen our compliance process with the "Regulation on Measures for Preventing Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing," it has become mandatory to implement certain updates in the crypto asset deposit and withdrawal transactions on our platform.

Update Details

• Implementation Start Date: 25.02.2025
• Scope: All crypto asset deposit and withdrawal transactions, regardless of the transaction amount
• Additional Information Request: Additional information will be requested for the sender or receiver in transactions
• Information Transmission: The requested information must be submitted to our customer support teams via our support page or by using our support email address at [email protected]

Exceptions

• Turkish Lira deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Crypto asset buy, sell and swap transactions

Due to the regulatory changes dated 25.12.2024, if the additional information is not provided completely and accurately, the relevant transaction may not be completed.
