Send Compound

Rain provides an easy way for you to send Compound (COMP) from your account to any COMP address. 

 

Requirements:

  1. Rain COMP account. You will need a positive balance in your Rain COMP account to be able to send.   
  2. Receiving Address. You will need a valid COMP address to send COMP.

NOTE: Please ensure to transfer your COMP through the ERC-20 network only.

NOTE: sending COMP to non COMP addresses is not possible, and will result in irreversible loss of funds.

 

Steps (Rain website):

  1. Log in to your Rain account. 
  2. Click on Portfolio.
  3. Enter the COMP amount you want to send or equivalent in the currency you have on your Rain account.
  4. Enter the COMP address you are sending the funds to.Send_English.png
  5. Select the account you are withdrawing from. Click Preview Send.
  6. Review the information on the Confirm Send page. Click Send Now.
  7. You will receive a code to verify your transaction. Enter the SMS code sent to your phone. Click Submit.

NOTE: Compound should arrive in 10 minutes to an hour, depending on the network condition. You can check the amount of confirmations on your transaction by checking the transaction details. 

 

  

Steps (Rain app):

    1. Open the Rain app on your phone. For more information about the Rain app click here.
    2. Visit the market or portfolio page and select Compound
    3. Tap Trade and select Send 
    4. Enter the COMP amount you want to send or equivalent in the currency you have on your Rain account.Send_App.PNG
  • Enter the COMP address you are sending the funds to or you can scan the QR code.
    1. Click preview purchase.
  • Review the transaction details. Click Send Now.
  • You will receive a code to verify your transaction. Enter the SMS code sent to your phone. Click Submit.
