Institutional Account Requirements

In order to open an institutional account, Rain must receive the following:

• KYB Form completed and signed by AS/UBO
• User agreement signed
• Trade registry gazette
• Account activity certificate
• Tax plate
• Board resolution authorizing the named persons to operate the account
• Valid notarized signature circular
• Identification documents of the authorized signatory of the account in Rain Turkey
• Identification documentation of the shareholders/UBOs (CDD%25/ EDD%10)
• Financial status/Source of funds
• Relationship manager's sign of on KYB Form
