Receive Dogecoin (DOGE)

Receiving Dogecoin (DOGE) from an external address to your Rain account can be done via a QR code or by using your Rain account Dogecoin address. 

Requirements: 

1. Rain account. You will need a Rain account to receive DOGE.
2. Rain DOGE address. You will need your Rain DOGE address in order to receive DOGE.

Steps (Rain website): 

1. Log in to your Rain account. 
2. Click on Portfolio.
3. Click on Receive. 

There are two ways to receive Dogecoin in your Rain account, either using your Dogecoin Address or a QR code.

Method 1: Using the QR code 

1. Open your external DOGE wallet containing the funds you want to transfer.
2. Click on the QR code icon in the wallet application.
3. Hold the device camera over the Rain QR code. 

Method 2: Using your Dogecoin address

1. Copy your Rain DOGE address under "Receive to".
2. Open your external DOGE wallet containing the funds you want to transfer.
3. Paste the address into your external DOGE wallet.

NOTE: Dogecoin transfers take 10 minutes to 1 hour to arrive. 

Steps (Rain mobile app):

1. Open the Rain app on your phone. For more information about the Rain app click here.
2. Visit the market or portfolio page and select Dogecoin
3. Tap Trade and select Receive

2. Open your external DOGE wallet containing the funds you want to transfer.
3. Paste the address into your DOGE wallet containing the funds you want to transfer.
