• Your password must be at least 9 characters long.
• Do not include any part of your email address (e.g., "user" from "[email protected]") in your password.
• Avoid using your first or last name in your password.
• Refrain from using consecutive characters (e.g., "abcd" or "1234").
• Your password can be up to 100 characters long.
• Never share your password with anyone. Rain will never ask you for it.

What to do if you forget your password

Follow these steps to reset your password:

Step 1: Click on "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in page.

Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your Rain account and click "Reset Password."

Step 3: Within a few seconds, you’ll receive an email with a reset link. Click the link.

Step 4: Enter your new password and confirm it.

Step 5: You’ll be prompted to enter a verification code. This code will be sent via SMS or through an authenticator app (e.g., Authy or Google Authenticator) if you have one installed. Enter the code.

What to do if you don’t receive the email

If you don’t receive the password reset email, check the following:

• Ensure the email address you entered is correct and free of typos.
